Race Packet Pickup

TEAM PACKETS

Team Packets - Walk out with everything you need for your team! Packets include Race t-shirt and survivor shirts and caps (for breast cancer survivors only), bibs (numbers) and other materials. Children 5 and under do not receive shirts but must be registered (free). Children count in your official team total, qualifying your team for awards.

Team captains (or a representative) are responsible for pickup and distribution of all team packets. The only three dates to pick up your team packets are below:

Early Bird Packup and Pickup - Saturday, May 12, 10 a.m.
RESERVATION REQUIRED

Help pack up Team Race Packets and take yours home a week early. Enjoy the fun along with the picnic lunch provided. You must help pack to get your team packets this day. Reserve a spot by e-mailing raceladyjan@wideopenwest.com or call 248-304-2080.

Team Packet Pickup

Friday, May 18, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, May 19, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Team Packets are available on the above dates only and will not be available at individual pickup sites.

NOTE: Late registrations (paper forms received after May 12 and online registrations after May 23) are available for pickup on race day only at Comerica Park(May 26).

ONE-STOP/IN-PERSON REGISTRATION

If you would like to register for the Race (as an individual, not on a team) and pick up your Race packet at the same time, click here for a listing of One-Stop Registration times/locations.

You may pick up packets for others who have already registered. Just give volunteers the names (and be sure to relay the message to your friends/family members that you are picking up for them to avoid confusion).

Please note, however, no one can register for someone else (other than your own minor children) because each waiver must be signed by the registrant her/himself.
