American Home Fitness recently partnered with the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, raising $7,682.08 for the Institute and to get people motivated to get “fit for the fight” against breast cancer. 

During the month of October, American Home Fitness donated a percentage of purchases made from their four participating Detroit area locations to breast cancer research program at Karmanos Cancer Institute. Eric Swanson, owner of American Home Fitness, presented a check to the Institute staff to be used for breast cancer prevention, treatment and research.
