On Valentine’s Day, Fraza Forklifts, in conjunction with the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute, hosted the official kickoff of Fraza’s “Raising For The Cure” campaign, which runs now until Halloween.
Guests of honor at the event were two 5,000 lb. capacity rental forklifts. One hundred percent of the profits from renting these pink workhorses during the campaign will be donated to Karmanos for breast cancer research.
"We are proud to be partnered with the Karmanos Cancer Institute and look forward to helping in the fight to eradicate cancer,” said Roger Runyan, vice president and chief financial officer of Fraza.
"We thank Fraza Forklifts for their dedication in promoting Karmanos’ fight against breast cancer,” said Nick Karmanos, senior vice president of Institutional Relations at Karmanos. “Support from organizations like Fraza provides crucial funding for cancer research and makes a significant contribution in our efforts to ultimately bring breast cancer under complete control.”
