Karmanos’ cancer research to receive support from 5 Kids 4 a Cure fundraiser
Saturday, June 22, 2013
Cancer research conducted at the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute will receive a boost from the organization, “5 Kids for a Cure,” which was established in 2010 by Kenna, Gianni, Mia, Roman and Mario - who call themselves The Bonarelli’s. These five kids are on a mission to stop cancer, one ribbon, flag, cookie or football at a time!
Join The Bonarelli’s at the Art in the Park fair July 12-14 at Kellogg Park in Plymouth, and help them tackle cancer.
For a donation, you will receive a chance to throw a football to “break through” different colors of ribbon that symbolize different cancers. Participants can play the game at The Bonarelli’s booth at the art event. Proceeds from the event will benefit Karmanos Cancer Institute.
