Get the grill out and let spring begin! We're sure you'll enjoy this yummy salmon. And did you know that just one serving provides your daily requirement for selenium?

4 5 oz. salmon fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbs. salt
1 Tbs. ground black pepper
1 Tbs. garlic powder
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
1 lemon

Preheat the grill on med-hi for 5-10 minutes. You will need it warm. Mix the dry spices together and in a separate bowl mix the honey and water together. Set aside. Sprinkle the salmon with the seasoned salt mixture and then rub it with the olive oil. Put the fillets on the grill with the skin side facing up. Lower the heat to medium, close the lid and allow the salmon to cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid and flip the salmon, and at this time squeeze the lemon juice onto the fish and brush with the honey and water mixture. Close the lid for another 5 minutes. Then brush salmon with the remaining honey and water mixture and remove it from the grill. The salmon is ready to be served once the toasted almonds are sprinkled on top.
