Try this low-fat, high protein version of this classic Italian dish. Healthy Choice Pasta Sauce (Garlic Lovers) which has 0 grams of fat was used for this recipe. However, most pasta or spaghetti sauces are relatively low in fat. Go ahead and choose your favorite brand of sauce or make your own. Even a brand that has 4g fat per 1/2 cup serving of sauce will add less than 30 Calories per serving to this lasagna recipe when cut into 9 servings or 34 Calories per serving when cut into 8 servings.

8 oz. Lasagna Noodles

40 oz. Healthy Choice Pasta Sauce (approximately 1 & 1/2 jars -- 26oz. size)

3/4 lb. Ground Turkey Breast

15 oz. Lowfat Cottage Cheese (1% milkfat)

8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (low moisture, part skim milk), shredded or thinly sliced

1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Repeat from * ending with sauce.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut into 8 or 9 servings.
