Everyone loves this zesty, flavorful salsa. Great for entertaining, picnics or to just have on hand for a healthy snack. Keep your snack low fat and use baked tortilla chips.

1 15.25 oz. can corn kernels, drained (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 14.5 oz. can diced Italian style tomatoes (about 1 2/3 cups)
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained (15 oz. can or about 1 1/4 cups)
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 red pepper, diced
4 or 5 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
4 or 5 hot peppers, minced (habanero, jalapena, poblano)
juice of 1or 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
1 oz. tabasco sauce (to taste)
salt to taste

Mix all of above ingredients. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
