With the support from hundreds of companies and thousands of employees great strides are being made in the fight against cancer. We are grateful for the many corporations that support vital work being done at Karmanos Cancer Institute through work place giving programs.
Corporate Donations are a wonderful way to show your support of the Institute. This program allows you the flexibility to directly support research for a specific cancer or a program of your choice. We will work with you to determine where your funds fit best. Examples of corporate donations are: an unrestricted gift, funding research, sponsoring a progrm, hosting a promotion, cause marketing, and hosting a fundraiser.
Sponsor an Event. Becoming a sponsor of the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute's signature events is a great way to bring cancer under control. There are opportunities to support these events through a variety of sponsorship levels and efforts.
Payroll Deduction is a great way to donate to the cause most near and dear to your heart. Payroll deduction gives you the flexibility to spread your donation over the course of a year, making it easier and more convenient to support Karmanos. Contact your human resources department to give through payroll deduction.
Employer Matching Gifts are a great way to maximize your donation. Many employers will match your personal donation, allowing you to help designate where company donations are made. Contact your human resources department for more information on matching gift programs.
Host a Jean Day. Hosting a Jean day or dress down day is an easy way to get colleagues involved in the issues that matter most to you. For a small donation, allow participants to wear jeans or dress down for the day.
