Appointments
Patients and their physicians may make appointments by calling 1-800-KARMANOS (1-800-527-6266), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our information specialists:
- Schedule appointments;
- Answer questions;
- List items you need to bring;
- Can assist you in obtaining medical records from other health care providers; and
- Mail an appointment confirmation letter and package. Note: Upon request, we can mail the information in a plain, white envelope.
