Educational Objectives

Upon completion of this program the participant will gain improved understanding of:

  • Recent advances in the diagnosis, prognosis, and multimodality treatment of malignant hematologic disorders;
  • New approaches to the treatment and biology of red cell and coagulation disorders;
  • Recent advances in the use of stem cell transplantation in hematologic disorders.

Pre-registration is encouraged since space is limited. Registration deadline is January 10, 2014.

Cost

  • Physicians: $125 if registered by January 10, 2014, $150 if registered after January 10, 2014
  • Pharmacists, PA’s, NP’s, Registered Nurses, Allied Healthcare professionals: $50 if registered by January 10, 2014; $75 if registered after January 10, 2014
  • Free to all fellows, residents and students.(Must present ID)
