Educational Objectives
This program is geared towards physicians, fellows, residents, pathologists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners in the field of hematology/oncology.
Upon completion of this program, the participant will:
- Understand diagnostic and therapeutic strategies used in the multimodality treatment of patients with breast cancer.
- Understand the use of new agents, both cytotoxic and biologic, and their uses in breast cancers.
- Understand the latest research findings in all areas of breast cancer and how the updated research could impact future decision making in the diagnosis and treatment of these cancers.
- Physicians please bring any cases you would like to discuss.
Registration
Pre-registration is encouraged since space is limited. Registration deadline is February 22, 2013.
Cost
- $125 for physicians
- $50 for nurses and physician extenders.
- Free to all fellows, residents and students.
Checks should be made out to FMRE (Fund for Medical Research Education).
