The Dr. Vee Legacy of Hope Planned Giving Society honors friends who demonstrate their deep commitment to the organization’s legacy and future by including Karmanos Cancer institute in their estate plans. and physician, Dr. Vee is credited as the architect of Detroit’s cancer program and his pioneering work in cancer research led to new global standards of care and treatment. He served as president of the Michigan Cancer Foundation and is the recipient of countless honors and awards for the strides he has made in the fight against cancer. Dr. Vee is beloved by his patients for his compassionate care and he continues to be involved in the Institute and the lives of his patients. He and his wife are members of the Dr. Vee Legacy of Hope Society.
