Hierarchical clustering of Gene Expression
Gene expression in MDAH041 fibroblast culture, low passage (LP, non-immortal), high passage (HP- immortal) and high passage treated with 5AZA-dC (5AZA) was analyzed. The graph includes only those genes whose expression were decreased during transition from non-immortal to immortal cell state, and were upregulated to the high level after treatment with 5AZA-dC. Each row represents a gene and each column represent an independent microarray experiment of different RNA preparations. These 30 genes were identified by both two-fold change and ANOVA methods
