  • “Early Bird” registration is $1,100 USD (includes conference registration, accommodations and meals). The standard registration is $1,500 USD
  • Trainee registration is $800 USD (includes conference registration, accommodations and meals)
  • Guest (Spouse/Guest/Local Attendee) registration is $255 USD
