Description

Join music therapist Kelsey Menninga, MT-BC in this dynamic workshop series that allows you to interact with music in a healing way. Each group meeting will be different:

October 8th: Music & Imagery (a combined music and art experience)

October 22nd: Rock Band (play and sing along to your favorite songs. Piano, percussion, and acoustic guitar provided or you can bring your own.)

November 12th: Drum Circle (engage in a therapeutic drum circle that helps to target emotional regulation, stress reduction, and community building.)

December 10th: Music Relaxation (learn how to utilize music in relaxation followed by a guided imagery experience.)
