Our Staff

Louise leads the vision and strategy of the Foundation. Under her direction, with the support of the hospital’s president and Foundation Board of Trustees, the foundation team cultivates and builds relationships with donors, physicians, grateful patients and friends. Through her guidance, the team continues to surpass its annual fundraising goals to support the healthcare mission of McLaren Macomb. Louise also ensures that the hospital is well represented through its outreach programs and engagement in the community.

Kim manages all foundation fundraising events and committees, cultivation events, VIP tours, recognition ceremonies and volunteer management and engagement. Her duties include the identification and solicitation of corporate grants and sponsorships. Kim is also responsible for the development of the McLaren Macomb Vendor Partner Program.

Dianne is responsible for foundation gift processes, department reports and donor records used for stewardship. She is accountable for the integrity of the database including accurate fund accountability and reconciliation with the Accounting department. She is also responsible for analysis of giving trends and responding to donor inquiries.

ana is responsible for securing major gifts from corporations, the private sector and community organizations. Her strengths assist with fundraising, relationship building, event planning and coordinating projects. Dana’s network of resources is far-reaching and will help move the Hospital forward.
