Adult patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma now have access to the FDA-approved drug, brentuximab vedotin (BV). This new approval has extended the use of BV with lenalidomide and rituximab for patients who have had two or more lines of therapy and are ineligible for transplantation.
