Eastside FC raises funds for Karmanos during Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Eastside FC in Grosse Pointe hosted a pink sock fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The club and its players unanimously supported this initiative by purchasing pink socks and directing the proceeds to the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute. The pink socks were proudly worn by the players at each game in October to show support for breast cancer awareness.

The club was delighted to make a meaningful impact by contributing funds to a local breast cancer research fund. A grand total of $1,300 was presented to the Karmanos on October 18, 2017.
